We all know that no one can survive with full sanity without taking a time to unwind get your mind at peace and focus again. Here are the simple ways to relax yourself from the stressful feeling you have while at work.
- Meditate shortly. You can do mini-meditations that doesn’t require a mat or a temple. All you need to do is sit where you are comfortable, close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Aside form relaxation that you instantly feel, you can also find your balance and help you center to yourself that are necessary in the long run when more stress strikes you while in the workplace.

- Clean your desk to eliminate clutter. Those extra papers that are not necessary in the daily work and the chaos in your working table may have been adding to the stress you’re feeling. - Do some simple exercise such as flexing and stretching. This one is pretty easy.
